The Blood Transfusion Committee promotes voluntary blood donation and blood replacement program. It monitors the source of blood supply and their safety, blood transfusion reactions, and appropriateness of the use of blood and blood products.It establish blood ordering schedule.  It facilitates the appropriate education for medical and nursing staff.
