The Medical Records Committee monitors clinical records for timely completion, clinical pertinence, overall adequacy for use in quality assessment activities and when necessary, as a medico-legal document. The committee reviws clinical records to assure they reflect condition of all tests and therapy given. They determine the format of the complete medical records and the forms used in the records.
