RESEARCH MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Responsibilities
Shall serve as the link within and outside R2TMC in all research and research related activities.
Shall coordinate the functions of its subcommittees.
Shall conduct periodic meeting for all the members of the committee.
Shall monitor and assist in all the function of its members.
Shall ensure transparency and collegiality within the committee.
Shall be responsible in deliberating and approving which research can possibly be funded.

Responsibilities
Shall conduct and organize trainings on research for all interested employees and physicians periodically.
Shall develop the research curriculum and activities for the whole year annually.
Shall monitor the research output of each employee/attendee.
Shall do the checking and updating of trainings of each member of the committee based on their job description.
Shall be responsible in reminding and sending each member of the committee to attend and/or update his/her research training certificate specially the Good Clinical Practice training which should be renewed every three years.

Responsibilities
Shall review and edit all the research protocol studies of R2TMC employees and physicians.
Shall make sure all researches are scientifically sound.
Should undergo continuous training related to its function.

Shall organize a research presentation or contest for all the employees and physicians annually.
Shall be in-charge in the publication of all research output.
